Whether you’re a seasoned line dancer or just looking to try something new, you’ll love our one-hour Line Dancing with Olivia session—she’ll have you two-steppin’, heel-toein’, and laughing the whole way through.

After you dance up an appetite, cool down with cold beer and cowboy cocktails from our bar, crafted to keep the good times flowing. Challenge your friends to yard games like cornhole or giant Jenga, or simply kick back beneath the twinkle lights and soak in that laid-back western vibe that only Himaya can offer.

Want to make it extra special? Upgrade your evening with our optional charcuterie bar—a grazing spread of cheeses, meats, fruits, and treats that pairs perfectly with your drink in hand and the sound of country tunes drifting through the garden air.
