Beverage Station
A convenient, self-serve beverage station stocked with water, lemonade, coffee, and iced tea. For an enhanced experience, upgrades are available with fresh-made options.
Dinner Reception
Catered by our in-house chef with a Filipino-inspired selection of small plates:
- Savory Dishes (Choose 3):
- Chicken Adobo: Served with garlic rice and papaya and carrot atchara
- Vegetable Pancit: Stir-fried rice and wheat noodles with a medley of vegetables
- Fresh Lumpia: Vegetable and ground turkey in egg crepe wraps with fresh lettuce
- Salad: Fresh greens with seasonal fruit and house ginger-garlic dressing
Dessert
Choose one:
- Tiered Cake (sized per guest count): 2 tiers for 50 guests; 3 tiers for 100 guests
- Cutting Cake and Dragonfly Petit Fours (up to 4 flavors)
- Cutting Cake with Sheet Cakes: Simple cutting cake for the couple, plus sheet cakes for guests.
Seating and Tables
- Chairs and Tables: White resin padded chairs and 60-inch round tables included for both ceremony and reception, with full setup and breakdown provided
- Linens: Classic, floor-length table linens in black, white, or ivory. Additional linen upgrades are available through Desert Sky Party Rentals
Event Staffing and Coordination
- Day-Of Coordination: Our experienced team will manage the event flow, oversee vendor arrivals, and make any needed last-minute adjustments to ensure a seamless experience
- Catering Staff: Dedicated staff to handle smooth transitions from the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception
- Rehearsal Assistance: A complimentary, one-hour rehearsal session is offered on the Wednesday before the event from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Alternate rehearsal days are available for an additional $50 fee

Each package includes dinner, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, chairs, tables, table linens, napkins, and basic venue amenities in one comprehensive fee.
