Dance AbunDANCE is a gentle-but-powerful half-day retreat designed to help you clear blocks, claim your desires, and build momentum — all through movement, breath, art, and reflective practice. Hosted in the sunlit calm of Himaya Garden, this day blends ritual, creativity, and community so you leave clearer, lighter, and energized to take aligned action.
What you’ll do (flow at a glance):

11:30 AM — Arrival & Smudging: Ground in, meet fellow participants, refreshments (sparkling water & tea).

12:00 PM — Opening Ceremony: Intention setting and facilitator welcome.

Block 1 — Remember & Center: Guided journaling (intention + meaning of abundance), body-scan, and movement to travel from past → present.

1:30–2:00 PM — Break: Light snacks and quiet integration.

Block 2 — Angel Walk + Art: Reflect on where you are now; paint a small canvas and partner-share.

4:00–4:30 PM — Break: Rest, refuel, and soak it in.

Block 3 — Release & Reimagine: Breathwork to dissolve blocks, dance for future life, and journaling to map your dream + aligned actions.

6:30 PM — Closing Ceremony: Ceremony to seal your intentions and step into forward momentum.
